​We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Balloons Bring Joy Project! This exciting new initiative aims to bring a splash of color and a wave of happiness to our communities through balloons' simple yet powerful presence.

Why Balloons?

With their vibrant colors and playful nature, balloons can uplift spirits and improve overall well-being. Research has shown that exposure to bright colors can positively affect our emotions, helping to reduce stress and increase feelings of joy and contentment. Balloons are a perfect example, providing an affordable and effective way to brighten up any space and enhance our mood.

The Science Behind It

Studies have demonstrated that colors can significantly impact our emotional state. For instance:

  • Red and Yellow: These colors are often associated with warmth and cheerfulness, stimulating excitement and energy.

  • Blue and Green: These shades evoke calmness and tranquility, promoting relaxation and peace.

  • Multicolored Displays: A mix of various bright colors can create a sense of fun and whimsy, perfect for lifting spirits and bringing joy.

Our Mission

The Balloons Bring Joy Project is dedicated to spreading happiness through the distribution and display of balloons in various settings, including:

  • Hospitals and Care Facilities: Providing a cheerful environment for patients and residents.

  • Schools and Community Centers: Creating vibrant and welcoming learning and social interaction spaces.

  • Public Events and Celebrations: Enhancing the festive atmosphere of local gatherings and special occasions.

Birthday Bash Liability Waiver


1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participation in the Vegas Valley Balloons Kids Birthday Bash involves physical activities which may carry risk of injury or accident, including but not limited to activities such as bounce houses, games, and other entertainment. I accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my child’s participation in this event.


2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Vegas Valley Balloons, Clark County Parks & Recs its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child or to any property belonging to me while participating in this event.


3. Medical Authorization & Disclaimer

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Vegas Valley Balloons and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child. I understand that Vegas Valley Balloons staff and volunteers are not licensed medical professionals, and any assistance provided will be strictly limited to basic first aid or emergency response until professional help arrives.

I agree that children with serious medical conditions should not attend unless cleared by a physician and accompanied by a trained caregiver. I acknowledge that Vegas Valley Balloons is not liable for any complications, injuries, or outcomes related to pre-existing medical conditions.

I accept full responsibility for any medical treatment my child may require and agree to cover any associated costs.
