Entry Guidelines
 

1. Must be 18 or older to enter

2. Must have a current budget for us to work with.  

3. Contestants are responsible for securing and payment of venues
   (we have venue options available)

4. Must be willing to give Vegas Valley balloons and events complete control of decorating your event
   (We will stick as close to your vision and theme as possible)

5. The event must be a kids themed event.
