We understand that we are all dealing with special circumstances at this time and it's taking its toll on everyone. As a small business, we are feeling the pain more than anyone. With that being said, we apologize that any events canceled due to COVID will receive a credit toward a future date. We are all taking risks by booking events with COVID still playing a factor in many cancellations. If our venues have to cancel due to social distancing issues related to COVID, we will push all vending fees to a new date; but there will be no refunds. 

We are working hard to provide a great experience for our vendors and shoppers. Every vendor is promised a table and two chairs, you are allowed to decorate your table any way you see fit. We ask every vendor to only bring one other attendee with them to help maintain social distancing. We will not be offering any refunds for any reasons, in case of an emergency, we will offer a credit for a vending opportunity at a future event. 

All food vendors signing up for our Town Square location, please remember there is absolutely no cooking allowed on site. Vendors are allowed to have food warmers, but no cooking can take place in or outside the building. If a vendor shows up trying to cook, you will be asked to leave and we will not offer any refunds. 

***Due to operating cost we will no longer be providing complimentary tables. The new vendor fee with table included is $60 & $50/without table. If you'll be providing your own table please make sure that the table is no longer than 6ft in length.  If your table is longer than 6ft and we need the additional space you may be asked to remove your table and replace it with the correct length. There will be no refunds offered if this rule is not followed.
