valentine's CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Contestant must be 21-years of age and show proof

2.Contestant must have valid identification to present at time of check-in

3. Contestant must agrees to secure the $100 refundable deposit that's needed to secure the room 

4. Contestant agree to make Vegas Valley Balloons aware of any food/other allergies beforehand.

5. Contest Package is for two people (Winner agrees to only have two people occupy the hotel room )

6. Contest winner agrees to no smoking or bringing any illegal items into the hotel room
